Taking the button type vibration motor as an example, this paper briefly describes the dispensing process applied in the button type vibration motor. Button motor needs to go through four dispensing processes, which are encapsulation of small components, bonding and reinforcement of chips, soldering and sealing, and FPC reinforcement.
Due to the small volume and limited internal space of vibration motor products, the packaging requirements for components are different from those of our common components. It only needs to cover a part of the component area in a specific position, during which strict glue quantity control and precise dispensing position control need to be ensured.
However, the difficulty coefficient of soldering process is higher. Due to the size of solder is not consistent, there is also a certain deviation in the position, if the conventional way of point encapsulation is used, it is easy to cause solder joint encapsulation and overflow, resulting in poor dispensing.
In view of the above situation, axxon, based on the long-term accumulated dispensing experience, adopts the method of combining dots and lines to help customers solve the problems of overflow and poor encapsulation.
