SMT red glue is one component epoxy resin adhesive which is stored at room temperature and cured rapidly after heating.

The ultra-high speed micro dispensing can still maintain the stable shape without drawing, overflow and collapse. Its "shear thinning" viscosity and low moisture absorption are suitable for conventional screen printing. The shape of the glue dot is easy to control, and the storage is stable. It has excellent heat shock resistance and electrical performance.

Process characteristics

The main function of red glue is to increase the adhesion of components, prevent the components from displacement and falling off in the process of furnace passing, and increase the firmness of large components. It is mainly used in SMT chip placement and wave soldering process.
